Industrial Immersion Heaters are designed for Direct Contact heating of viscous materials, solvents, water, oil, processed solutions, and gases. Different temperature control options allow very tight tolerances for process temperature control. They are provided with basic mounting options such as flanges, threaded screw-plugged connections, or simple over-the-side designs to ensure customer installation. These Industrial Immersion Heaters are provided with plain and BSP flanges and flame-proof terminal boxes as per the needs of different requirements. They are designed with heavy-duty hairpin-bent tubular sheathed elements welded or brazed. These products are provided in different specifications, such as 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 2", 2-1/2" BSP, etc.
